Privacy
Your program never reaches our server. It lives in your browser, and in the links you choose to share.
What stays on your device
- The program you're editing (in your browser's local storage), saved programs, and sponsor images (in your browser's IndexedDB).
- The PDFs: they're drawn in your browser. Nothing is uploaded to make them.
- Recent lookups, so the same composer isn't searched twice.
What our server sees
- Lookups: when you type in the composer or piece field, the text you've typed goes to our server, which asks Wikidata or MusicBrainz and keeps the answer for everyone in a cache. We log when we asked them and how long it took, not who asked.
- Export counts: when you download a PDF or open the share box we count one export with its format, page count, paper size, theme and whether it's a dance show. No titles, no names, nothing that identifies you.
- Page views: a count per page per day, and the website that linked here (just its domain). No cookies, no IP addresses kept, no third-party analytics.
- Pro waitlist: the email address you give us and which Pro feature you clicked. We'll use it once, to say Pro is open. Ask us to delete it any time.
Share links
A phone-version link has the whole program packed into the part after the "#". Browsers don't send that part to servers, so our server never sees it. Anyone you give the link to can read the program, so share it like you'd share the paper copy.
