Recital program examples
Six complete programs, each a PDF you can open, print or borrow ideas from. All the names are made up.
What they have in common
- The piece title on the left, the composer on the right, joined by a dotted line (classic) or set on two lines (modern).
- The composer's years under the name, in smaller type.
- The performer on their own line, so a long name never pushes the composer off the page.
- A cover that answers "what, who, when and where" in that order.
Piano studio recital
Eleven students, an intermission, a thank-you. Fits a single folded sheet (4 pages).
Choir concert
Two groups as separate sections, an arranger credit, and a short "About the music" section.
Senior recital
One performer and a pianist on the cover, a list of movements under each work, and a page of program notes.
Dance show
Two acts, a number for each class with the music, choreographer and the dancers in it.
